Zoella & Rowan's polka dot bedroom

 We were very lucky in that the previous owners did all the painting in here.  The girls love it. The awesomeness was move-in ready, and the unique space for them was definitely a selling point.

 There is a light, room for an adult to stand, and my favorite part is that all the messy/small parts toys get shoved put away in here. Out of sight, out of mind.
